worker.jpgAs for the human resource management, KAMAZ-Metallurgy Plc. is guided by KAMAZ Inc. personnel policy and its human management concepts. The goal of the personnel policy is to have a permanent and competent personnel capable to assure effective operation of KAMAZ-Metallurgy Plc.

Personnel Management Strategy of KAMAZ-Metallurgy Plc. is to:

• manage the adaptive process of just hired employees through the programs of preliminary training, tutorship and probation period for young specialists;
• stimulate and motivate labor while considering a personal contribution by labor and the results of KAMAZ-Metallurgy Plc. business activity as a whole;
• conduct a periodical personnel certification to check the conformity of knowledge, skills and results of work to those required at the working place (for the post) and to develop human quality as required;
•  continuous training of the personnel through training programs and stimulation of self-education;
• management training to create a reserve;
• staffing and stabilization.

KAMAZ-Metallurgy Plc. actively cooperates with educational institutions of Naberezhnye Chelny in order to attract young workers and specialists to work in the production areas. There is Kama Machine-building technical school, Vocational school No. 57,   Vocational lyceum No. 64, Academy of Engineering and Economics.

The preliminary training program for just hired employees has given a good account on itself. The tutorship system is in use again for just taken on employees who are younger 25 and for the workers of the most important for the facility professions. Workmanship Contests of workers and specialists are held every year.

Six-month training program is operational for young specialists within the framework of which it is provided for the "internal probation period" in some other division of KAMAZ-Metallurgy Plc. whose business activity is close to the subject-matter of the probation. Once the young specialists' probation completed their certification should be carried out. To be certificated a young specialist should represent a report on the topic "My Vision of Problems and Prospects of the KAMAZ-Metallurgy Plc.'s Development" (or "…of the division where I work").svarka.jpg

Personnel Certification is considered in KAMAZ-Metallurgy Plc. as the way to stimulate the growth of the employees' competence.
