The machining centers are made in Germany , Japan , the CIS and permit to make the surfaces of dies, chill moulds, patterns that in their turn form surfaces of castings. Programs for CNC machines are developed by means of CAD/CAM package to maintain a complete match of machining and geometry of a designed part.
The technological process ensures the production of tooling of any type and complexity within an optimal period of time. |

The tool making department (total area of production building : 21 000 sq.m) is able to manufacture all needed dies, chill moulds, pattern and core making tools, spare parts, all range of auxiliary attachments and to repair the tooling in use. 
Heat-treatment and electroplating equipment is capable to perform any kind of metal plating. Tool steels are heat treated in DEGUSSA vacuum furnaces. The final and in-process control of tooling quality is performed at the inspection machines from USA and Japan .
