Production capacity : 57 300 tons of castings in carbon and high-temperature steel per year. The facility is equipped with 9off, 12 ton Direct Arc melting furnaces (type DSP-12H2) and 3off Coreless induction furnaces (type IST 1/05). There are two CE-Cast automatic moulding lines and one Disamatic line in the Steel Foundry. For core making, the Steel Foundry coreshop utilizes the Shell process on Shalco machines, type 315E and U900. Heat treatment, cleaning and dressing operations are carried out on Holcroft and Pangborn equipment.
