Quality Management System of “KAMAZ-Metallurgy” Plc. in the field of designing, manufacturing and selling of iron, steel and non-ferrous castings and die forgings is recognized to be in accordance with International Standards Requirements ISO 9001:2008. Certificates of conformance issued by German Certification Center «TÜV CERT», registration number 12100 13451, expiration date till 07.05.2013 and Russian Certification Association «Russian Register», registration number 07.380.026., expiration date till 19.06.2010.

Quality Management System of “KAMAZ-Metallurgy” Plc.  represents itself unity of structure, responsibility, procedures, processes and resources, providing common quality control from the aims and tasks established in the company’ Policy.

The System Principles are the following:

• Company policy in the field of quality; (Aims in the field of quality of “KAMAZ-Metallurgy” Plc. for 2010 year);
• Company organizational structure with types of activities and responsibilities;
• Documentation of the procedures and holding of the systematic arrangements for quality assurance at all production levels;
• Quality Management System monitoring in order to estimate efficiency of its application.

Responsibility for development of the Quality Policy and general management of  KAMAZ-Metallurgy Plc.’s activity to keep up and assure the quality of  products to be manufactured, is laid on the Chief Technical Officer at  KAMAZ-Metallurgy Plc.

Responsibility for general activity management of the Foundry to keep up and assure the quality of  products to be manufactured,  is charged on the Deputy Director of Quality at the Foundry. He is also responsible for functioning of the Foundry Quality Management System in conformity with the requirements of  ISO 9001.

Responsibility for general activity management of the Forge Plant to keep up and assure the quality of  products to be manufactured,  is placed on the Deputy Director of Quality at the Forge Plant. He is also responsible for functioning of the Foundry Quality Management System to meet the requirements of  ISO 9001:2000.

In the field of Quality Management System development is settled to introduce ISO/TS 16949.

Management System in the field of Industrial Safety Arrangement, Precautions and Ecology

In April, 2008 Management System in the field of industrial safety arrangement and professional security of the company was certified on compliance with the International Certification Requirements OHSAS 18001:2007. Certificate   of conformance was issued by Certification Association «Russian Register», number 08.373.026, expiration date till 03.07.2011.

Ecological Management System of the company is certified on compliance with the International Standard Requirements ISO 14001: 2004. Certificate  of conformance was issued by Certification Association «Russian Register», number 08.373.026, expiration date till 03.07.2011.

Within the programs’ fulfillment of the integrated management systems implementation (ISM) at “KAMAZ-Metallurgy” Plc. has been accepted Policy in the field of ecology and labor safety,  defined Aims in the field of labor protection and professional safety for 2010 year, as well as Ecological target indexes for 2010 year.  The general management to ensure the environmental control and industrial safety is accomplished by the representative of the top management who is the Technical Director at KAMAZ-Metallurgy Plc. and  the Chief Engineer at the Foundry  as well.
